VERSIFLASH
Our VersiFlash Model Includes all of our standard features such as 3 independent on/off zones and fast-acting medium wave lamps. With the addition of High Temp (adjustable lamp output) and Stand By mode with Intensity Control, for proper and consistent flash curing. And a Dwell Timer for running timed print cycles. This model can be interfaced with MHM screen print machines along with other print machines that require 24v input. Or can be controlled with an external sensor for other manufacturers of printing machines.
TC-1000
Our TC-1000 flash cure unit comes with all standard features such as independent 3 zone on/off controls and height to substrate adjustment. And is equipped with a Temperature Controller that reads the temperature of the garment to ensure proper curing and avoid scorching delicate materials. This unit also interfaces with your screen printing machine.
VersiFlash TC
Our VersiFlash TC model of course comes with all of our standard features and is loaded with all of our additional features. The VersiFlash TC combines the precise heat intensity controls of our regular VersiFlash model, with the precision Temperature Controller of the TC-1000. Allowing the user to control the amount of heat while also ensuring a proper cure, which is paramount when printing delicate materials. This unit also includes the Dwell Timer control for running timed cycles. It can be interfaced with most MHM machines or run with an external sensor.
